Through My Brown Eyes: Real Moments, Naturally Seen
The Senior Experience
Senior year is a once-in-a-lifetime milestone, full of big dreams and excitement that only comes with growing into who you are. My sessions are more than just a photo shoot; whether they’re bold or quiet, athletic or artistic, outgoing or shy, I take the time to get to know each senior so their portraits feel genuine and personal. Every session is relaxed and customized, from golden-hour fields to gritty downtown streets. I always focused on capturing natural beauty with honesty and heart.
The result is images that look good and feel real! They reflect your senior’s story, their personality, and the pride they’ve earned along the way. Let’s capture the spirit of who they are now so you can hold onto it for years to come.

Almost Here
This moment is tender, fleeting, and full of wonder. My maternity sessions are designed to pause time just long enough to remember how it felt — to be waiting, hoping, glowing. Let’s capture the beauty of what’s almost here.

Our Kind of Love
Every love story is different — and that’s the beauty of it. I keep engagement sessions relaxed and honest, capturing the way you connect. No stiff posing, just your kind of love, in your own kind of way.

This Is Us
Not perfect, but perfectly yours. My family sessions are all about connection, personality, and those real-life moments you’ll want to hold onto — from muddy shoes to snuggles on the couch, pets included.

About Me
Hi, I’m Rachel.
I’m a photographer, writer, and mom of three, living in a small farming town where the pace is a little slower and the skies stretch wide. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the quiet beauty in everyday life. Photography and writing have always been my way of capturing it, expressing it, and sometimes escaping the noise of the world.
With years of experience behind the camera, I specialize in senior portraits, family sessions, still life, and nature photography. Whether I’m working with people or with the world around me, I look for honest moments. The little things that feel real and meaningful.
I believe photography doesn’t have to be complicated to be powerful. It just needs heart. And that’s exactly what I bring to every session.
